Adds full health history, immunization records, and proof of insurance (or a no-insurance acknowledgment).
Registered.
Participant information, emergency contacts, allergies and medications, and signed consent and waivers.
A rec camp might ask for Registered. A contact sport asks for more. Either way, you build it once and reuse it everywhere.
PORTABILITY
Team to team. Season to season. Sport to sport.
Soccer to an academic camp to esports to band takes a few more answers, never a new signup. The passport is the participant's, and it goes where they go.
